How long will my order take to ship?
Production time: Because most items are made to order, please allow 3-5 days production time (unless otherwise noted in individual listing). If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will try our best to make it happen! There is no extra charge for rush orders, and we will let you know right away in the rare instance that it is not possible.
Estimated shipping times:
Inside the US: First Class Mail (default method) takes 3-5 days. You may also upgrade to Priority Mail which arrives in 2-3 days.
Outside the US: Generally, orders will arrive 2-3 weeks, but please be aware that this can vary due to factors that are beyond our control, such as customs delays. Please also be aware that any duty fees/taxes charged by your local customs office are the responsibility of the customer. All customs forms will be filled out accurately and honestly. It is not possible for us to mark your item as a "gift" in order to avoid fees.
Other shipping info: Tracking will be provided when the order is shipped. Items are considered as received once marked as "Delivered" by USPS. If you have any concerns about the safety of your location, please consider having your item shipped to an alternate address, or contact us and request a "signature required" delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail, however we will be happy to provide any required info should you need to file a claim with USPS. Please also be aware that this almost never happens. :)
What is your return policy? If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we will be more than happy to replace it or issue a refund. Please note that custom items that include name, date and other personal info are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions may be made if the item arrives damaged or has any defects- please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer any discounts? We do sometimes run sales and coupon promotions. The best ways to keep informed on these is to subscribe to our newsletter, and follow us on Instagram @bethanysstudio. We do not offer special "full-time service" or similar discounts- everyone's circumstances are different, so we would rather offer our items at the lowest possible price to everyone, rather than just a select few. Make sure you also check out our "destash" section where you will find samples and other clearance items at reduced prices!
What about bulk orders? We do offer bulk discounts! The actual discount will vary based on which item is ordered, and the quantity. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
Do you take custom orders? We LOVE custom orders! Many items on the site have customization options, but if there is something you would like us to create just for you, please get in touch! We're always willing to change colors, text, even language and there is no extra charge for these changes. However, having said this, please be aware that there are some combinations, such as font and background, that simply will not work together, especially in the very small space we typically have to work with. Script fonts, for example, can only be used for very short phrases, due to the fact that they are unreadable if they are too small. Also, some backgrounds require a clean, bold font as more delicate or "fancy" fonts just won't show up against them. Also, some shapes and sizes may not be suitable to your text due to length. In view of this, we may need to suggest a different alternative to your idea. We will be happy to work with you until we come up with a plan that works!
